Accommodations at Kilchoan by Dunton are designed as private, standalone cottages that balance modern design with the raw beauty of the surrounding landscape. The initial phase includes five cottages ranging in size and layout, from intimate one-bedroom retreats to the expansive Farmhouse, the largest residence on the estate. Each cottage offers a sense of privacy and quiet, with interiors that emphasize natural materials, clean lines, and comfort without distraction. With a total capacity of up to 28 guests (or 12 single occupancy), the layout is ideal for group buyouts, allowing guests to come together in shared spaces while still retreating to their own secluded accommodations.

Meetings and gatherings at Kilchoan center around The Long House, a restored barn-style space that serves as the heart of the estate. Designed for communal dining, conversation, and connection, the venue offers approximately 219 square meters of indoor space with a warm, fireside atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 28 guests for receptions or banquets and up to 20 in a boardroom-style setup, making it ideal for intimate strategy sessions, leadership retreats, and private dinners. Beyond the Long House, the entire 13,000-acre estate becomes an extension of the event experience, allowing for fully customized programming across indoor and outdoor settings.
Unique Offerings
Experiences at Kilchoan are deeply tied to the landscape, offering a mix of adventure, wellness, and quiet exploration.
